Giant chocolate Jazzies
Who remembers buying chocolate Jazzies from the sweet shop as a kid? They were always a favourite of mine in my pick n mix!
This is possibly one of the easiest recipes ever and you can use any shape silicone cake cases.
200g any good quality chocolate - milk, dark or white.
Hundreds and Thousands
Put the chocolate in a microwavable bowl and microwave in 30 second bursts until melted and the give it a stir.
Put the cases on a plate or tray and add a teaspoon of the melted chocolate into each case
Give the plate or tray a gentle tap to get the chocolate evenly spread in the cases and then add the Hundreds and Thousands.
Place the Jazzies, still on the tray or plate in the fridge to set.
Once set, keep in an air tight container in the fridge or any cool place.
